					<description><![CDATA[<p>Folk Art Museum. The Nicosia Folk Art Museum is housed in the old Archbishopric and belongs to the Society of Cypriot Studies which was founded in 1937. Its rich exhibits bear witness to the internal world, the intellectual life, the aesthetic criteria and the inventiveness of the Cypriot artisan. The variety of the exhibits, the shapes, colours, harmony and adornment express the struggle and the faith of the Cypriot people with respect to life itself. Here one sees aspects of bygone eras in the shape of pottery, weaving, basket-making, silver and goldsmithery, sculpture, etc. The wealth of the Folk Art </p>
