Pyynikki Open Air Theater (revolving auditorium). The old factory buildings along the Tammerkoski Rapids (early history of Tampere). Lake Cruises: The Finnish Silver Line offers several alternatives between Tampere and Hameenllinna (85 kms/53 miles to the south). Sailing season June – August. The old steamer ‘Tarjanne’ sails along the Poet’s Way between Tampere and Virrat (115 kms/71,5 miles to the north). There are also several cruises on both Lake Pyhajarvi and Lake Nasijarvi as well as charter cruises.
