Norton Museum of Art permanent collection features European, American, Chinese, and Contemporary art. photography, old masters and works on paper. European Impressionists and modern masters, such as Jean Arp, Pierre Bonnard, Constantin Brancusi, Georges Braque, Paul Cezanne. Marc Chagall, Georgio de Chirico. Edgar Degas, Robert Delaunay, Raoul Dufy, Max Ernst,

Georges Seurat, Louis Valtat, and Maurice Vlaminck are well represented, as are works by American greats such as George Bellows. Alexander Calder, Stuart Davis. Charles Demuth, Arthur Dove, Duane Hanson. Marsden Hartley, Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper, Jacob Lawrence, John Marin, Robert Motherwell, Kenneth Noland. Georgia OKeeffe. Claes Oldenburg, Jackson Pollick, Ben Shahn,

Charles Sheeler, Frank Stella, and Andy Warhol. The Chinese collection has particular strengths in archaic bronzes, jades, ceramics, and monumental Buddhist sculpture.
