Sparing no expense, he soon began construction of the visitor Istanbul Metro Map center and a state-of-the-art winery with computer-controlled fermentation tanks, Istanbul Metro Map and developed a small pond into a scenic lake. In the twenty-acre vineyard, he replanted the existing Cabernet vines and added Syrah, Merlot, and Zinfandel varieties. Winemaker Tom Lane, who has more than two decades of winemaking experience, joined Bianchi as director of winemaking in 2005.
He crafts ultrapremium wines from estate fruit and selects high-quality grapes (mostly Italian varieties) from other Central Coast growers to create an array of small-lot wines. The visitor center blends modern design elements with traditional materials. Glass walls soar up toward cathedral ceilings with metal beams, stainless steel and glass accents adorn the maple tasting bar and display cabinets, and a stone fireplace fronts a comfortable lounge area with dark red leather and cherrywood furniture.
