The restaurant bills itself as a bistro with European flair, but the menu doesn’t really match the Tuscan interior. Still, the selection of sandwiches on the lunch menu is impressive, with favorites like the New York Reuben, club sandwich, and Philly cheese steaks. The diverse dinner menu features fresh seafood and Grade A beef ($14-18).

If the economy improves, most all the other problems will begin to fade away.
