LAKE KISSIMMEE STATE PARK MAP FLORIDA
5,000 acres. Situated in central Florida, Lake Kissimmee State Park is surrounded by three large lakes. This is an area of marshes, pine flatwoods, and hardwood hammocks, with wildlife which includes deer, bobcat, and alligator.
Activities: Hiking and backpacking are possible on 13 miles of trails, which form two loops.
Camping Regulations: Each trail loop has one authorized primitive camping area, and camping is limited to these two locations. Maximum number of campers allowed at each area is 12. Fires are permitted in the fire circles provided. Registration is required at the park office at the time of entry.
