Located within the small island of Culebra is its smaller version, Culebrita Island. The island is only reachable by boat but getting there is all worth it. Culebrita is one of least visited islands in Puerto Rico, so expect it has lesser crowd, promising a more laid-back relaxation than you would find in other public beaches. Culebrita is a small paradise bursting with colors and life. The fine sand and blue beaches make it a great habitat for diverse wildlife. In fact, it is home to numerous turtles and birds while rock formations stand on the background. If you like a hike, take the trail leading towards Playa Turtoga where a number of green turtles are often spotted.
