If you’re heading to the Cape this summer, take a detour and visit Plymouth’s other attraction, Cranberry World. This fun, free tour includes anything and everything you could ever want to know about that humble little fruit You’ll see antique and modem harvesting tools, a scale model cranberry farm, and, of course, a real outdoor cranberry bog. In the spring the bog is covered in light pink flowers; by the end of the summer the more familiar red berries appear.
At the end of the tour, of course, you can sample eight different Ocean Spray cranberry concoctions. Daily cooking demonstrations provide an- other opportunity for free goodies.
CW is only open from May 1 to November 30. Hours are 9:30 A.M. to $ P.M. daily, including weekends and holidays. Call for a schedule of free summer concerts on the boardwalk, too.
