Heritage Grove Park Map Edmonton
Location: From Hwy 16 westbound, take the Century Road exit south. Turn west on Grove Drive, then south on King Street. Watch for the Log Cabin Interpretive Centre and Park Staging Area on the east side of the road.
The mature trees that give the city of Spruce Grove its name can be seen in abundance at Heritage Grove Park. This 58-hectare area features picnic grounds, 40 kilometres of all-weather trails, and outdoor interpretive displays depicting the area’s geology, geography, vegetation, history, birds, and wildlife. The trails allow easy walking through natural woodlands and are ideal for jogging, cycling, or in-line skating. Young summertime visitors will enjoy the splash park. Winter attractions include a skating oval, opportunities for cross-country skiing, and Central Park Hill (locally known as Hamburger Hill), which is frequented by toboggan enthusiasts.
