Hey everybody no this is not the briefing Islands we’ve come into the jungle this is pretty much what we have woken up to we are in a place could Naropa Morocco Morocco I don’t know how to pronounce it up with the words up, and we’ll tell you what we’re going to be getting up to soon, and more even the dogs are interested in it alrighty guys third stop heading into the jungle. So we actually quickly stopped at one of the factoring villages now the barter people are the addition of people of Malaysia similar to the other receivers Australia that’s not one of the possibilities are there going to be our guide as head into the forest into the rain forest. Because it is too dangerous rusting or out there on a fall. So you’re probably thinking, I’m crazy wearing long pants. But there are mosquitoes there are leashes in the Souris I need to be kidded up still deciding whether that’s attractive park theme song in my head, and behind the products on would you go direct into the small like Jurassic Park I haven’t liked yeah mmmn, and mana, and if you score it to tell us where we are now everywhere we go easy GPS.

So we know where we go through the line we can see how I work Jeff how much do you feel like you’re trekking through Jurassic Park right now you can already see that like some line slowly disappearing yeah they’re like way to be yeah which one of the Sun Bear marks is that what is fashion yeah this is great to answer some to you up the tree yeah wow that’s so cool. So we found some like some bear marks, and you can see here as I tried to climb up the tree the dots are from when they go up, and the lake actual scratches are when they’re coming down and. So cool an area where the Sun both have big forearm potatoes do you feel like you know the dirts in the ground first we found something, and the Little River this looks like a good place ass off for lunch, and tracking for about two hours now okay legal eggs bread oh they’re not just trekking through the jungle for fun were actually here for a few reasons one of main reasons is to deter poaching just through our presence.
So a lot of people come here, and poached is a lot of critically endangered highly engaging endangered animals here like tigers elephant was on the lookout for pugmarks we GPS track the information then we provide it to different organizations around the world with the data we can hopefully get the government involved with more conservation efforts here in the rain forest trees on a mouse deer pugmark, and we’ve just taken the GPS, and entering in the coordinates. So we can track it can I click done that’s where we found it well we’ve made it out the jungle come up to the BARC village to come play some soccer with the kids, and they’re a little bit shy been trailing us walking behind us as we walk to the football people hopefully we play some soccer they would be. So shy anymore I feel like they’re slowly warming up mmm no warm-ups they will hop back to the truck there was a little friend I brought with me what is he by the way guys he needs like 200 old Kathmandu shoes 29 bucks some Big W does the trick that guy was on my leg evenly I can fit like no I just go take your pants off in those offices Oh lychee yeah hey stop bleaching up the place whoa very funny get it off get it off why sticking it okay you get it off Oh our shelters gone all righty guys it is the next day, and a bunch of volunteers we’ve all come out back to the jungle, and this time we’re actually going to camp for the night. So it’s my job to go, and find leaves for our shelter as you guys saw when we arrived the volunteers have built a shelter a couple of weeks ago, and we’ve been coming once a week and, I’m here when we got here the sheltered Falls I think we’ve kind of fixed it.
So I’ve gone to find leaves to put on the bottom of the shelter floor. Because that’s where we are going to be sleeping, and then a couple of us are collecting firewood, and some bamboo. Because that’s how we’re going to be cooking our dinner tonight I don’t know how much help I am alright guys we’ll give you a rain forest room tool as you can see pretty much the last batch of our teas that came through I actually constructed this with the leaves which is really cool, and they do some sticks as well as bamboo to prop this up, and this is pretty much going to be the shelter for the night. Because we’ve come, and it’s in monsoon season this is all wet. So we’ve got some dry leaves which is pretty much going to be our floor. So we’re going to sleep tonight just this is how many leaves you men together we are camping next to a river which would be nice to fall asleep. So you can see here the flow of the river.
But, I’m hoping no lychees know we’re up there, and consensus. Because they love my blood yesterday, and hopefully they’re not smelling it, and wanting to come for a bit of a snack later on tonight. So our task is to try, and find this leaf as you look up there are a lot of different types of leaves here. But they need this specific leaf to cook on also we even need to cook on yeah oh that’s cool. So what’s the difference between the ones we sleep on I don’t know. But I can’t find them well some croissants – of them no, I’m not too sure though it’s hard to kind of tell this one has a lot of the rebirth of the spoons, and they both have the lines on them well I feel like leaving the campsite to go, and find the trees that we need there was a whole bunch of them right here sending I’ve ever cooked on leaves before interesting to see how dinners going to turn out this way okay just push it in the hallway that’s cool listen. So I kind of love it.
So call something with me Uniqua okay kitchen we have let’s just hope we can start a fire see some smoke otherwise we ain’t eaten tonight that’s looking good though, I’m in the fire expert then if you guys can hear that. But we are in the Malaysian jungle, and we can hear Givens calling out to each other they would be wild given there isn’t any enclosures of Loos around here wow that is so cool all righty guys dinner is officially cooking careful for fire well good 15 seconds when it’s boiling, and cooking oh that looks dull yeah yeah oh yeah there’s no real way of telling if there’s if the food is done. So that is good news we totally get there’s no oven beeper timer we don’t even know how hot that fire is that’s so cool mmm. So good yeah all right you want to do a first taste test mmm yeah yeah all right guys it is now a few hours later, and we jumped back into the car. Because we’re going to go, and drive around to try find some different animals we have our torches very very bright why are we going to go see if we can try ID some of the different animals in the past. Because most of the animals in the jungle are nocturnal fingers puppies wait not fingers closely find some Tigers my view was scary scary idea Hey everybody how you guys doing today it is now the next day, and if you ask me what you wanted to do after camping overnight I would answer we’re cold cave in cave dragon cave diving.
Because this is so wet in here we pretty much have come with one of the local guides as like an initiative to bring more like income, and tourism into the area, and we’ve come to one of the caves oh wow it’s so slaughtered the cave yeah usually dry yeah Wow super slippery. So what’s your sob okay okay ah squishy I will with this Cade called again shooting star K slippery mostly quiet in the cave in eerie silence are those back oh wow it looks. So small okay the waters dried up a little bit just mainly at the entrance it’s not too many mosquitoes in here which is nice there’s just bats flying overhead looks like we have a bit of a staircase here has to get us up what is it a spider there’s a scorpion what do you think it looks like fun yeah it looks like we’re using pencils at the front what’s the snake skin doing up there why what type of weed snakes do you have here in Malaysia like multi still here oh yeah there’s more stiff neck skin. So he has a friend oh, I’ll get small it’s like crouched, and they need to get even lower to get past this bit I like the way you doing your walk copy that our exits being blocked off by pond. So I think we’re going to head back the other way okay I see the entrance oh, and some bats of line in that’s the killed the snake fingers crossed there’s no leeches on my ankles right now those really fun guys highly recommend it okay I think that’s it for the jungle activities I think we’re heading back into the city that’s pretty much inside the cave where we were just walking through it is our last night here in Morocco, and I cannot stop coming up onto the rooftop to watch the sunset it is so pretty like how amazing is this area to celebrate our survival of the camping trip our neighbors have actually invited us over for dinner for having another traditional Malay dinner which, I’m so excited about.
Because they are like the best meals you got to restaurants, and stuff, and the Mills do taste really good. But it doesn’t taste as good as like a local cooked meal. So we’re going to be going, and doing that tonight, and then tomorrow we’re going to be going to a place called Ipoh which is another place in Malaysia we had to dry our shoes out on the rooftop. Because they got. So wet in the caves why don’t we bring any wet shoes we never come properly prepared I guess right I was like where’s Steve I was like guessing you’re gonna be on the rooftop blanket know if you’re strong for dinner Oh in Malaysia whenever you’re having like a traditional meal, and stuff like that you need to be wearing a sarong I’ve got mine on and, I’m going to put Stephens you need help yeah probably I can’t remember how to trip on you got a belly, and I’ve just realized now. Because every morning we wake up to a guy singing his prayers, and he’s not the best thing, I’ll be honest oh how there you go this is why we wake up to every morning like 6:00 a.m.
, and we just realize that over there is quite a lot there is a mosque next to our building, and now I know why five time today we hear this he really dries. But yellow building just over there is the mosque, and that makes so much sense now I literally just about to blog is all about how peaceful it is up here there was such nice, and in our neighbor this cookin here we could let you like see the little house they actually have a restaurant attached to the house which means they must be good cook we’re actually going into the house well they find a little green or dip then oh well.
