Wine and Cheese Pairing Class in Paris

We’ve all had wine, and we’ve all had cheese. But to mix them together is a bit of an art form, and that’s what we’re gonna learn today. This post it’s a special for you, because we participate for an amazing wine and cheese pairing. Our sommelier is one of the best parts of the class. He has great stories about the regions and all the circumstances that led to each unique flavor.

We’ve had our first glass of wine, now we’re getting blue cheese, we’re learning the art form of pairing the two together. It’s amazing how many different attributes give a wine its character. We’re learning how to look at its color, it’s viscosity, aroma.

And knowing these details suddenly makes the wine so meaningful when you finally get to taste it. A little dancing there. Really stays with you, it’s good. We have raspberry and we have strawberry.
