7 a.m. GARDEN OF EATIN’ Wrap yourselves in those plush, comfy robes and go directly from big bed to balcony at The Palms Turks and Caicos to watch Grace Bay’s baby waves. Then head to the included all-you-can-eat breakfast bar in The Garden.

8 a.m. GET ON BOARD Try Provo’s fastest-growing pastime, kiteboarding, with a lesson on Long Bay through outfi tters Big Blue Unlimited. The Shore Club, Long Bay’s first luxury development and The Palms’ sister property (connected by free shuttle), will also off er classes when it opens in fall 2016.

11 a.m. SHELL OUT Conch is king in this British Overseas Territory, but its benefits go far beyond fritters. At The Spa at The Palms, hand-crushed local conch shells are mixed with aromatic oils to make the Mother Of Pearl Body Exfoliation scrub. Combine it with a detoxifying Zareeba ritual, where you’ll steep in a steamy infusion of Caribbean herbs.

12:30 p.m. LEAPING LIZARDS Charter a watercraft through Caicos Dream Tours. On the agenda: slipping down the onboard waterslide and snorkeling the barrier reefs of Princess Alexandra National Park, plus a picnic on Little Water Cay (aka Iguana Island). It’s the only place to see endangered rock iguanas in the wild. Warning: They love freshly made ceviche from the day’s catch as much as you do.

4 P.M. AFTERNOON DELIGHT Cool off with ice cream at Island Scoop, which specializes in tropical and adult fl avors like mojito, rum raisin and newly debuted soursop, a tart fruit common to the Caribbean and Central America. Browse neighboring shops while you share a cone.

5:45 p.m. SUNSET SIPS Belly up to Grace Bay Club’s Infiniti Bar, the longest in the Caribbean, measuring 90 feet. The namesake martini pairs well with a surf-and-turf raw-bar flight. Take your time as you stroll the sugary sands hand in hand on your way back to the resort as the sun sets.

7 p.m. COASTAL COOKING Executive chef Lauren Callighen brings the Parallel23 dining room to the sweeping dunes for a multicourse supper under the stars, complete with fi re pits, wine and sofas for snuggling and s’mores-ing.

8 p.m. PARADISE SOUND A trip to TCI wouldn’t be complete without a stop at Da Conch Shack; you’ll want to take its signature hot sauce, PeppaJoy, home for a souvenir. After trying conch pistols the so-called aphrodisiacs are on the house for honeymooners and swilling rum punch, listen as the Island Boys band plays traditional ripsaw music.
