In 2008 Hartley and Ostini moved their winemaking operations from Santa Lagos Map Maria to Terravant Wine Company, a custom winemaking facility in Buellton. Although tastings of Hitching Post Lagos Map wines are offered at Terravant’s new visitor center, wine aficionados continue to flock to the ever-popular Hitching Post II, where the chef-winemaker blends his culinary and vinous creations.
